Installation Instruction:
After installation, you can choose our input method in the “Setting” => “Local & text”; then long press in any input field and select “Input Method” -> “TouchPal Keyboard”. Don’t worry about the warning message, as every third-party keyboard on Android will have the same warning. TouchPal is the GSMA award winner, and it definitely won’t collect your private data!

FAQ:
Q: Why I can only see last row with alternative symbols?
A: Because the slide-down gesture on top two rows is conflicted with Curve. Disabling Curve will show alternative symbols on the top two rows.
Q: Why I can’t use slide-up for uppercase letters?
A: In Curve mode, slide-up is disabled automatically.
Q: When I Curve a word, how can I modify the prediction?
A: Double tap on the word, or tap the word and select “Touch to reselect”.
Q: When I upgrade to 4.8, how come my language packs are not working?
A: Pls uninstall the old language packs and then download the new language packs from TouchPal Settings-> Languages.
Q: Why does it need Internet/voice/contact access?
A: It will check updates and download language packs. It does have speech recognition (for some models). And it will import contact names into the dictionary (in some languages).
Q: After Oct 31, will it expire?
A: Abosolutely not! It won’t expire in any case. Once you download it, you can use it for free all the time.
